Like many, we were absolutely done with the soggy crusts, boring toppings and the same old options just boxed differently across Sydney.
With our first outlet in Kings Langley, Monty set out to bake something so daring that even traditionalists couldn’t deny – a slice of blistering, fusion-led flavours made with passion.
“Rajj ke khao, maujan manao!” is what drove our foodie spirits.
It meant eating to your heart's content and enjoying life, just the way we do it in India… Embracing cultures with hospitality and diversity.
Sydney fell head over heels with our in-house sauce blends, fully loaded premium ingredients, all doused in the finest quality cheese you could imagine.
By 2020, our revolution took over Parramatta, Pendle Hill, Riverstone, and St Marys.
Today, love for Monty’s is only growing, and you are invited to share a slice of it.
